Very Dull...
by a soundtrack collector (August 30, 2012)
I was interested in this score because I liked Richard Band's work on Re-Animator. Unfortunately, I found Parasite - at least the tracks Intrada included on their CD - to be dull and repetitive. The music is very slow, understated and there's nothing suggesting horror or urgency at all, or any action beats. Worse, although there's 12 tracks, a little less than half of them sound pretty much the same, making the music repetitive on top of being dull.
