John Williams in top form by Michael Longstreet (December 5, 2006)
You can't get a much better John Williams score than that of the original (and best) "Jurassic Park." A musical genius, Williams brings to life the world of the dinosaurs from the very first track, to the end tracks. When you close your eyes and listen to the music, you can see Alan Grant running from a raptor and feel the tension of the kids' hiding from the raptors and escaping from the tree. It's a great score with lots of ups and downs, and reprising the theme in all the right areas and not overdoing it.
