I'm looking for an original copy of "Gimme An 'F'"

I have searched for this rare gem for over a decade! I know for a fact that it was released on LP and Cassette from EMI America. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a copy on either format (I would prefer cassette). I have searched record stores throughout the Midwest and all the main online retailers, to no avail.
