I've been in contact with Mr Jankel & Franc Roddam (Director for K2)
Jankel says the masters were recycled (copied over) after the original
Dolby score went to dvd. The Zimmerman Score was preferred by the
distributors but the director hated the zimmeman score but was forced
to release it in the UK & Japan. After release of DVD The Jankel Score
masters & original Tascam 24 track master were recorded over or
destroyed. Not even the Director or the original composer has the
score to this date. So thats the deal. Directly from the folks who
made the film. The only possible folks who might (but doubtful)
have it is Miramax.

WHAT I DO LONG TIME AGO I RECORD THE Chaz Jankel MUSIC FROM THE MOVIE THEN PUT IT ON WAV FILE BUT , THERES A LOT OF NOISE FROM THE MOVIE. BUT THERES THE ONLY WAY I THINK OF KEEP IT . CAUSE HANS ZIMMER REALLY SUCKS ON THIS PARTICULAR SCORE.
