I have to agree with the feedback on eBay. They're very well packaged, with convincing inserts and disc label. But for the unitiated, the playing surfaces on a manufactured CD will reflect light like a mirror. The reflection on the playing surfaces of a CD-R will always be diffused, which is the case with this seller.

Also the cover is clearly a printed one if you take a closer look + the release I got of course lacked the Easy Tempo issue number (in this case ET917) which should be stated on the inner ring of the cd.

Damn I'll have to pay more attention in the future when buying something from a private seller on ebay. Did get my refund for this one after complaining though.

You're quite correct about the number adjacent to the CD hole. I also got a refund after I complained.

I see this seller is also listing the rare 3-disc FSM set of Tiomkin's THE UNFORGIVEN,etc. Does anyone have experience of CDs from the seller which aren't pirated?

By the number of identical releases the seller sells/has sold I would guess that most if not all are bootlegs.

Also I might add that despite getting a refund I have still sent a complaint about the auction I won was for a bootlegged cd. That will probably help nothing at all unless other people do the same so I suggest you do so too.

Have also thought about contacting winners of 09this's previous auctions to get them to check if they indeed got the real deal. My guess is they didn't but like me was fooled.

Hey guys, I bought a copy of Alan Silvestri\'s Predator a month ago from this seller... And now I start to suspect that it is a counterfeit as well. I have seen the 3 copies of Predator offered by this seller, which is strange.

Can anybody help me confirm this? The booklet is too small for the jewel case, it is only 117 mm in height, and the smaller text is slightly blurry. The inner ring of the cd has the following text: VCL 08031022 Y IFPI LN46 and right next to the hole (etched in the clear plastic, not visible in scans) is IFPI NH01.
