Manchurian Candidate 2004 "Election Victory Walk" Track

Towards the end of this movie, the victory stage walk of Liev Schreiber
(VP) and the president elect is accompanied by a grand, full-bodied
track. This track is not on the soundtrack nor mentioned in any of the
(imbd, etc) score lists. Does anyone have any idea what this uplifting
piece of music is, can be found? I'm producing a cancer survivor show
and this would be perfect for the finale. Thank you!
