Mark McKenzie scores "The Last Sin Eater"
2-Aug-2006 - Mark McKenzie will compose the music for Michael Landon Jr.'s theatrical feature The Last Sin Eater, starring Henry Thomas, Louise Fletcher and Elizabeth Lackey. The film takes place in 1850s Appalachia and tells the story about a young Welsh girl who discovers that her community is haunted by a secret sin. The film is scheduled to premiere on January 7.

McKenzie is a composer who has worked as an orchestrator for Jerry Goldsmith, Alan Silvestri and John Powell, and he has also scored a number of films in his own right, including "Dragonheart: A New Beginning," "Warlock: The Armageddon" and "Blizzard." Besides "The Last Sin Eater," McKenzie has also recently scored "The Ultimate Gift." Mark McKenzie also has a new web site, featuring an extended audio clips section, available at Marck McKenzie.
