Two new releases from Milan
21-Aug-2001 - Today Milan has released An American Rhapsody, based upon the director’s, Eva Gardos, own experiences fleeing Communist Hungary – child is left behind and raised by peasants when family successfully emigrates. Years later family is reunited in America and child, now teenage, must cope with her past. Eva Gardos won a prize in 1998 for the script. The Score is composed by Cliff Eidelman.
Another new Miland release, Session 9, tells what happens when a group of asbestos removal workers start their work in an abandoned insane asylum… The score is composed and performed by Seattle alternative underground group Climax Golden Twins ("Imperial Household Orchestra").
