And the winner is...
26-Feb-2012 - Another awards season, and another thoroughly predictable Academy Awards ceremony. At least this year most of the major awards went to a well-deserving film, namely The Artist. And we are talking about this award: Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Score with Ludovic Bource as the winner. In The Artist we go back where it all started: Hollywood, 1927. As silent movie star George Valentin wonders if the arrival of talking pictures will cause him to fade into oblivion, he sparks with Peppy Miller, a young dancer set for a big break. And the Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Song went to Bret McKenzie for his song Man Or Muppet from The Muppets.
