Per Grazia Ricevuta
Digitmovies is pleased to present, for the first time on CD, the complete score of the Guido & Maurizio De Angelis brothers for the movie Per Grazia Ricevuta (Between Miracles) directed in 1970 by Nino Manfredi. Benedetto Parisi on the day of his first communion, upset by the idea of not having confessed to a priest that he believes a very serious sin, flees from the church and falls from a high cliff. The fact that he remains unscathed is a miracle and causes him to be considered one chosen by God through the intercession of St. Eusebius. He passes so his youth in a convent, with humble tasks, waiting for a "sign" that makes him finally choose the monastic life. This score marked the début in the world of soundtracks of the legendary De Angelis brothers.

Gli ultimi giorni di Pompei
Digitmovies, with the collaboration of Gruppo Sugar, continues to explore the territory of the Italian Peplum by issuing as volume XXV the complete edition in mono of the score by Angelo F. Lavagnino for Gli Ultimi Giorni Di Pompei (The Last Days Of Pompeii). It was directed in 1959 by Mario Bonnard (together with an uncredited Sergio Leone, who, after an illness of Bonnard completed the film). Maestro Lavagnino with his unique style has created a symphonic score where love themes alternate with dramatic motifs, sometimes macabre, sometimes mysterious, as ideal background for the sad fate of the people of Pompeii. A proper rescue and preservation of the Italian Golden Age and the musical art of Angelo F. Lavagnino.

I Due Parà
Digitmovies presents for the first time on CD the complete score by Piero Umiliani for the movie I Due Parà (The Two Parachutists) directed in 1965 by Lucio Fulci. Franco and Ciccio Impallomeni are two Sicilian street artists who, after a disastrous performance, decided to emigrate to the United States of America, but they get on the wrong ship and eventually arrive in New Quiracao, the capital of Santa Prisca, oppressed by bloody State dictatorship of General Jose Limar, who is supported by the U.S. and ask them for help in the civil war that opposes baffudos and sbarbados. This CD with a duration of 41:28 minutes was possible thanks to the friends of Beat Records, where the master was assembled using the mono master tapes of the original session.
