14-Apr-2002 - On April 30, Varese Sarabande will release two scores.
To start with is The Salton Sea, starring Val Kilmer and Peter Sarsgaard. In one of his most stunning and provocative scores yet, composer Thomas Newman has created a jazz-influenced sound world and explored the psychological side of this picture as no other composer could.
The next one, from the director of Notting Hill, is Changing Lanes, starring Ben Affleck and Samuel L. Jackson. The gritty, urban score is by British composer David Arnold. Arnold's previous scores include Independence Day, Stargate and Shaft. For more info and ordering, visit Varese Sarabande.
