Tribute to Delerue-Truffaut.
24-Jun-2002 - Taking place from 8-19 October 2002, the 29th Flanders International Film Festival – Ghent will pay tribute to what is probably the greatest director-composer collaboration in the history of filmmaking : the creative partnership between French helmer François Truffaut and composer Georges Delerue.
The collaboration between Truffaut and Delerue will form the subject of a film retrospective that will be presented during the festival. On 19 October, the World Soundtrack Awards ceremony will be followed by a musical tribute to Delerue on the event of the 10th anniversary of his death (March 1992).
