New from Varese
21-Oct-2002 - October 29, Varese Sarabande will release White Oleander. Based on the acclaimed best-selling novel by Janet Fitch, White Oleander follows a young woman’s journey through hardship and loss to maturity, joy and true independence. The powerfully dramatic, piano-based score is by Thomas Newman, one of Hollywood’s most talented and acclaimed composers.
Also on October 29, Varese Sarabande will release The Man From Elysian Fields, starring Andy Garcia, Julianna Marguiles, Mick Jagger, James Coburn and Olivia Williams. Anthony Marinelli’s exceptionally beautiful score, brimming with lovely solos for piano, guitar, trumpet, haunting voices, a little jazz and lush strings makes for a gorgeous soundtrack.
