Miracle On 34th Street
7-Nov-2002 - For the holidays, get ready to deck the halls as Percepto Records returns to the 20th Century Fox archives with two 1940s yuletide classics on one CD, Miracle On 34th Street (1947), directed by George Seaton and starring Maureen O'Hara, John Payne and Natalie Wood, and Come To The Stable (1949), directed by Henry Koster and starring Loretta Young and Celeste Holm. Both scores are by Cyril Mockridge with a little help from the master himself, Alfred Newman.
