New from Milan France
15-Dec-2002 - Milan France has released two CD's, that one hardly can call soundtracks, but that are more than worth listening. Viva La Tristeza! is a CD full of music that inspired Pedro Almodóvar in writing the script for Hable Con Ella. It features, amongst others, Shirley Horn, Jimmy Scott, Chavela Vargas, Nina Simone and Chet Baker.
Un Monde Presque Paisible has a classical score, composed by Giovanni Bottesini, who lived from 1821 - 1889. The beautiful music has been performed by I Solisti Aquilani, conducted by Vittorio Antonellini.
