Upcoming classic scores from MMM-Records
21-Feb-2001 - The next two Monstrous Movie Music CDs will contain world-premiere recordings of music from Roy Webb’s 1949 score for Mighty Joe Young and the complete, classic score for This Island Earth, written by Herman Stein, with minor assistance from Henry Mancini and Hans Salter.
Also on these discs will be music from Ray Harryhausen’s 20 Million Miles To Earth (Frederick Hollaender, Max Steiner, David Raksin, Werner Heymann, etc.), The Animal World (Paul Sawtelle), and Earth vs. The Flying Saucers (Daniele Amfitheatrof), Ron Goodwin’s fabulous score for The Day Of The Triffids, and more!
